I was in communication with the seller throughout. From even before I placed the order and they replied within 24 hours. I ordered size 12 but knew that it would not fit and so I sent my measurements so that it was a custom order. The "product description" of the dress tells you all the measurements they need so that your dress will fit you perfectly. The dress arrived on time and looks beautiful. The shipping updates were not that great. But the dress was delivered before the final date of the window.Do not order this based off only on size, but rather send in your measurements if you want full satisfaction. I also sent the date my event was so they were aware by when I needed it by.Very smooth to order and delivery and the dress is stitched beautifully.
